About Fern & Flow

About the Curators The vision behind Fern & Flow
Fern and Flow is the natural evolution of a creative partnership between Averie and Bex. Averie & Bex are two artists and dancers who met through movement and connected over a shared passion for intentional living, soulful design, and unique, story-rich finds. What began as a friendship rooted in creativity naturally evolved into a collaboration, where their distinct styles wove together to form something entirely new.
Averie brings a grounded, earthy presence to Fern and Flow. She’s a certified yoga instructor with a focus on pranayama (breathwork) and mindfulness, a graphic designer by trade, and a lifelong crafter by heart. Her aesthetic leans cottagecore and crunchy, with a love for wellness goods, cozy textures, and a mix of late '80s, '90s, and 1800s vintage. Meet Averie
Meet Bex Bex adds a bold, eclectic energy, always seeing the world through a lens of rhythm and function. As a pianist, dance studio owner, and advocate for immersive creativity, she brings a passion for artful spaces that work well and feel even better. Her style draws from midcentury modern, 1940s–70s patterns, and timeless antique finds.
Together, they formed Fern & Flow: a curated space where vintage treasures, locally crafted wellness goods, and vibrant plant life come together to inspire slow living and thoughtful spaces. Their individual styles don’t just coexist. They intertwine, evolve, and bloom into something that feels both nostalgic and new.
